Summer rentals are Saturday 2 PM to Saturday 10 AM or a negotiable time frame 3 day minimum 'shoulder season'
Holiday weekends like Memorial, Labor and Columbus Day are 'negotiable' depending on availability and size group.
Being a '3 season cottage' we apologize for NOT being available during th - These rates are for 'up to 10' people. We charge an additional $150/pp for the over 10, and UP to 12...our maximum permitted. We do not permit 'tent' camping to accommodate even larger groups per a neighborhood and common sense policy.
During the 'Shoulder Seasons', less than prime time SUMMERS, we realize that sometimes there is interest for 'just a couple' verses multi-family and large families. IF this is the case PLEASE let us know so that we can 'work a deal'. THANK YOU.
