Penn Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We do not rent to groups younger than 25 years of age.
- Weekend, weekly and monthly rentals available.
Prices are negotiable based on time of year and total # in party. Holiday Rates may apply.
Thanksgiving Week (Wed - Sun) $1500
Christmas Weekend (Fri - Mon) $1200
New Years Week or Weekend: $2000 - Additional Rate Information:
$250 - $500 Security Deposit is due upon booking.
Total rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Credit Cards accepted thru PayPal.
Cleaning Fee is included in rental rate.
Cancellation Policy: Security Deposit will be forfeited if unable to re-rent for your reserved time. If re-rented, deposit will be fully refunded.
