Montego Bay Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1450-2050/Week

50% deposit required to reserve villa, payable in U.S. currency by Certified Check, Money Gram, Money Order or Western Union. Balance due two weeks before arrival date. Rates include all taxes but do not include staff gratuities (usually 10%) paid directly to Housekeeper. Monthly and longer term rates given upon request.
Enquire for rates less than a week and discount in excess of two weeks.
April 16th to December 15th $1650 per week for 6 to 8 persons
December 16th to April 15th $2050 per week for 6 to 8 persons
April 16th to December 15th $1450 per week for 3 to 5 persons
December 16th to April 15th $1800 per week for 3 to 5 persons - The Villa is available for weekly, monthly or longer term rentals. One or two bedroom accommodation can often be arranged.
