The bedrooms all have individual privacy & views, en suite bathrooms, and decks. The central unit is equipped with a large functional kitchen, island with barstool seating for 6, bathroom, dining area (seating for 8), and spacious open comfy living area with daybed seating. The upstairs loft serves as the 5th bedroom and the TV/library room. The other two villa units are located either side of the central unit. These are basically mirror images of each other, consisting of 2 bedrooms w/bathrooms and great views, as well as a day room (or a 'chill-out room' as we often refer to it as), boasting fantastic views and comfy casual seating.
The property rental also includes; vehicle local airport pickup and drop off. boat (17' skiff w/70hp moored out front in the bay) 2 2-man kayaks satellite TV fans throughout the house dishwasher fire pit charcoal BBQ hammock decks patio furniture & sun loungers telephone internet access mid-stay tidy up service guest services/property mgmt.
