Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

There is a 2 night deposit to hold the reservation. Master Card and Visa are accepted.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior will be refunded deposit less a $200 handling fee.
Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior will forfeit deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior, the entire amount will be subject to rebooking.
The sales tax rate is 12.35%.
For reservations less than 4 days, there is also a $90 cleaning fee added.
