Viviendas' modern, open-plan layout on 1650 sqft, gives the feeling of spaciousness and relaxed comfort. Large windows and sliding doors lead to the partly covered patios with excess to the yard containing citrus-, olive- and palmtrees and a Saguaro cactus. There you can enjoy the barbequeue or just relax. The two bedrooms, one of them en-suite, are spacious and have a double bed and sofa each (one sofa can fold out to accomodate 2 additional people). There is central air-conditioning/ heating, internet connection and telephone service as well as cable TV. The community pool and jaccuzzi are only a few steps away where you can relax and unwind. There is a 2 car garage, washer and dryer and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave to meet all the modern demands. There is a baby travel cot and high chair available should you bring along small children. Please note that Vivienda is non-smoking only please! Thank you.

Fountain Hills is a beautiful small town (20.000 residents), right next to Scottsdale (10 minutes) but serenely nestled in the foothills of McDowell National Park. Surrounded by golf courses and natural dessert Landscape with Saguaro cacti, Red Rock Mountain and dessert wildlife (You could spot coyotes, bald eagles, havolinos- wild pigs, etc.). The lake with the world’s largest fountain is the stunning focal point of Fountain Hills. It is well supplied with shops and restaurants and metro Phoenix is only 20 minutes away should you wish to avail of further shopping possibilities. Fountain Hills is the perfect base for endless sightseeing opportunities such as Grand Canyon (4.5 hours), Sedona red Rocks (2.5 hours), Tuscon (2.00 hours). The tremendous climate invites you to make use of the many sport facilities such as Tennis courts (2 minutes), highly rated golf courses (5 minutes), and endless choice of hiking trails. 'Quality of Live' is the key attraction of Fountain Hills.

  • Vivienda is available on a month-to-month basis (4 weeks). The cleaning fee of 100 Dollars is waved when you book more the 4 weeks. Should you require any less then a four week period please just send us an e-mail with your request.
