This beachview resort is centrally located on 75th Ave and North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. This spacious townhouse offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths of living space on three floors. This townhouse features a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, Microwave, full size Refrigerator, coffee maker, Ice Maker. There are four color cable TVs with DVD and VCR players, one in each bedroom and a 27inch TV in the living room. A washer/dryer in the unit, central Heat/Air, a security safe, and telephone. On site amenities include pool with pool bar, activities for the kids, health and fitness center (small charge), on-site restaurant and Lounge. All of this at your doorstep while only a very short walk to the beach (350 feet)! This three bedroom will sleep 8-10 people, with 2 full size beds in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa.

Cleaning supplies are not furnished, such as paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaners.

    I use a local rental agency to manage my townhouse which is two blocks away from the unit. They provide you with the keys to the unit and do the inspection and maid service. If you have any issues you can contact me or go directly to them, their toll free number is 1-800-845-0647 ( Booe Realty ) They are very helpful and can provide additional services. They also charge a $40.00 processing fee for reservation

Rental information: Reservations: Call or email me (APLivres@yahoo.com), and use the title “Myrtle Beach Townhouse Rental Information” in you heading or you can call the local rental agency at 1-800-845-0647 directly to make your reservations with the following information (Ocean dunes townhouse unit 8). You can also book on-line using the link below. During Peak seaso, reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. The rental office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Monday - Saturday..............

Check in information: Check In: Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday during Peak season. Check-in is at the Booe Realty office after 3pm or as unit becomes available. Late Check In: Is available with advance notice. Keys will be left in lock box. Late check in is considered after 7 pm Saturday or anytime Sunday. Check Out: Check out is 10 am on day of departure. Premises must be completely vacated and keys returned to Booe Realty promptly by 10 am or your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. There is a minimum of a $10 charge for each lost key.

Directions: From the airport, take Jetport Road straight to Hwy 17 Bypass (will go through a 4-way stop).
