PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS:
For reservations outside of 120 days, a 30% deposit is required. Inside 120 days of arrival, a 50% deposit of your rental is required. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A valid credit card is required as security for damages. No charges will be made without contacting the renter first.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your reservation 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit. If last minute circumstances prevent you from keeping your reservation and we are able to re-rent your reserved period of time, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
