Carolina Beach is a unique resort community with a relaxed atmosphere. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions (NC State aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War Memorial, Southport Ferry, etc.) as well as quiet days under the sun. At the Carolina Beach State Park, you can wind your way through trails in search of the rare Venus Flytrap. For the fisher person in the family, there are charter boats for deep-sea fishing, a pier, and lots of surf! At night, there are cruises down the Cape Fear River and dancing under the moonlight. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you can also drive on the North End beach and fish/play on the beach during the day or enjoy a campfire at night.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Cleaning fee is required - Cleaning company will do most of the work, however you are responsible for the following. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from your security deposit.
  1. Leave the unit in a reasonable state of cleanliness
  2. Load and start the dishwasher
  3. Remove all bedding from the beds and place at the foot of the bed.
  4. Place all towels, washcloths and kitchen towels in the hallway by the washer
  5. Take out the garbage and recycling and place them in the bins under the unit
  6. Clean out the refrigerator and freezer of excess food (you can leave any spices, condiments or unopened food/beverages that you think the next Renters might find useful)
  7. Secure all doors and windows
• Cleaning Option B ($100 refundable cleaning deposit subject to inspection… )
  1. Wash the towels and linens on all beds
  2. Remake beds and put towels away
  3. Wash and put away all dishes
  4. Clean counter-tops and sink
  5. Run garbage disposal
  6. Clean the stove top and JennAire grill
  7. Clean out the refrigerator and freezer of excess food (you can leave any spices, condiments or unopened food/beverages that you think the next Renters might find useful)
  8. Clean the showers, counter-tops, mirrors and toilets in each bathroom
  9. Vacuum the entire condo
  10. Clean the glass doors going out to the deck
  11. Sweep and mop entry, bathrooms, kitchen and deck
  12. Take out the garbage and recycling and place them in the bins under the unit
  13. Secure all doors and windows
