The awesome bar that seats 10, holds 4 kegs and 4 taps for 4 different types of beer including Guinness that requires a nitrogen charge. There is a gas operated barbeque grill on porch and seats for 5 to enjoy meals outside. There is a motorized adjustable awning for the shade. There are a newly renovated kitchen, living room and bathroom and hardwood hickory floors throughout house. 1 room- $100.00 per day Whole house- $250.00 per day

New York City: The greatest city in the world is only 55 minutes away by train and 30 minutes by car (no traffic). Or course there is always traffic during work days in New York. It is better off taking the train then at Long Island Railroad. When you go into the city the first place you want to go is the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Centre, especially if you can get there around sunset. This sight will stick in your mind forever and give you a real good impression of New York City. This alone is worth the trip. Only drawback is very expensive. I was there last night and it was $30.00 for two drinks. But since you've made it all the way over here, what the heck, live it up! I wouldn't eat there, just go have a couple of drinks, enjoy the view and then go explore this magnificent city of ours.
