Note regarding renters age 21 to 25 y.o.: Renters 21 to 25 years old, vacationing students or singles. There are extra requirements which will be discussed and will be detailed in a rental agreement which must be signed by every guest.. Obviously any illegal activities will not be tolerated and causes forfeiture of deposit. Any police action taken due to any guest's behavior will result in immediate eviction, no refunds of any kind and further legal action if needed. Responsibility is expected. No one under 21 years old, is allowed without parent / legal guardian.
Hampton Beach Summer Events !!!: See the Sea Shell Stage nightly concerts June, July and August (weather permitting). Sand Sculpture Competition: June 13 to 26, 2008..... Fireworks on Wednesdays and July 4th celebrations !!!.... Miss Hampton Beach Pageant..July 27, 2008...... Volleyball Competition : Aug. 10th, 2008...please use sunscreen :-) ..... Children's Festival: Aug 11-15, 2008..clown, concerts, crafts, mini golf ,costume parade, etc...... Hampton Beach Idol Competition: Aug. 22-23-24, 2008 at Sea Shell Stage..it's FREE... Seafood Festival: Sept. 5-6-7, 2008...it's absolutely Huge!!
