This gorgeous 3,300 square foot home truly has something for everyone. There is a wet bar, a four person sauna with a large adjoining shower on the main floor near the bedrooms and upstairs, you can enjoy comfortable leather seating while watching a big screen TV in a large media room with surround sound, skylights, a remote controlled gas fireplace and a granite wet bar. The home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms on the main floor -- two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other three bedrooms have queen size beds (one also has a day bed with a slide out trundle.) For extra sleeping there is a second daybed and trundle upstairs in the media room. The home has four fireplaces and speakers are placed throughout the house. On the private backyard patio, there is seating for twelve, a gas barbeque, a hot tub and a pool table. The home has a two car garage and additional off-street parking.

Reno House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates $425 - $550/nightly and $3100 - $3500/weekly

Half the rental fee is due at the time of booking, and the other half is due at least 21 days prior to occupancy.
A 12% room tax is not included in the rental prices.
A $500 security deposit must be made by credit card at the time of check in.
The deposit is fully refundable unless items are missing or damaged, or if extensive cleaning is required.
There is an additional cleaning deposit, but no pet deposit is required.
Weekly and monthly rates are available.
