Affordable large home for families: This 3000 sq foot home has all the room you need to have a family reunion or group outing. In addition, the home is kid friendly. The patio is covered and back and front yard are fully landscaped. The home has a large kitchen attached to family room, 1 guest bedroom downstairs with full bath, Dining room adjacent to formal living room, 2nd bedroom upstairs on far left has two full size beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom attached to 3rd bedroom with full size bed, the 4th bedroom is the master bedroom with King size bed which include master bath, walk in closet, separate bathtub and shower, further down the hall there is a 5th bedroom with a full size bed, next to it there is a 6th bedroom with 2 full size beds and an additional full bath room. However, there are tons of things to do in the surrounding area such as shopping, restaurants, swap meets, museum, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas Strip and so much more.
