$300.00 Security deposit: Must have security deposit and 1/2 down to secure booking. Security deposit will be refunded if house is left clean and no damage. If house needs to be cleaned a $75.00 Charge will be deducted from security deposit. Weekend rates are available for early Spring, Fall and Winter only. Cyber reservations held for 7 days only. Winter specials November- April $900 Per week.
For additional information on this property or to rent our new crest pontoon bot call us. Pontoon is booked on first order basis.
Parking is limited to 2 spaces, you must park in front of garage by the road. You may park close by the main house door to unload only. Additional cars and boat trailers additional parking is available down the street, call for details.
