This newly renovated cottage is just steps away from an ocean beach on Nantucket Sound. It has a beautiful cathedral sun/TV room with a ceiling fan surrounded by windows to enjoy the summer breeze. The bright cheery kitchen and dining area offers comfortable seating for 6. A spacious grassy back yard from the sliding door is perfect for relaxing, playing or a cookout on the gas grill. An umbrella table w/ 6 chairs to sit and relax or play some games. An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand and salt. Dennisport has something for just about everyone . It has beautiful beaches,16 on the ocean and 2 fresh water, golfing, biking, shopping, playground/recreation area, libraries, boat ramps, Museum of Art, playhouse/cinema, Museum of Natural History, restaurants and more. A short distance to Hyannis to take the ferry to Marthas Vineyard or charter a fishing trip. Or head to Provincetown and along the way stop to see Chatham Lighthouse and the National Sea Shore.
