Central Air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TVs, 1 VCR, 2 DVDs, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, water filter, fully equipped modern kitchen. One assigned parking space plus plenty of street parking right in front!

Mallard Landing is located off of 32nd St. bayside. Almost anything you can think of is near 32nd St. - amusements, restaurants, convenience/deli/liquor store. Walk to rides, water park, arcade, go-carts, fast food, surf shop, and a deli without having to cross the highway! You can walk or ride to the beach. Mallard Landing sits on a canal with a view of the bay. Ocean City, MD is a family oriented, kid-friendly resort town located on the Atlantic Ocean in Maryland. There is a large boardwalk located on the beach for shopping, biking, arcades, food, rides, etc. There are fishing piers, you can charter boats from many locations. Any water activity you can imagine is available in Ocean City. Amusement parks, water parks, miniature golf, golf, restaurants and night life are everywhere. There is even a bay front beach club. If you are staying in Ocean City, you are always just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. A few miles north is tax-free shopping in Delaware.

    *The rental balance is due 30 days prior to 1st day of rental (or sooner if this is a last minute rental) plus a $300.00 security deposit. Security deposit is fully refundable upon inspection by owner. Security deposit to be returned within 30 days.
    *Cancellation Policy: Forfeiture of 50% of Rental Deposit if you cancel more than 30 days in advance. Forfeiture of 100% of Rental Deposit with less than 30 days notice.
  • We did have to raise the rates for the 2008 season. You will find that our rates are still reasonable compared to what else is out there and what you get for your money!

Thank you for renting with us! 2007 was our first summer renting to the public. We had wonderful renters and hope that you will consider us again for 2008. We have already begun taking reservations, so please get your request in early!

It was close enough to everything, but just far enough away from the beach and boardwalk so that we could get away from the noise and crowd and relax in peace and quiet!
