This is a third floor, corner unit, very private condo with an elevator. This is not a 'spring break style building' and we ask that guests respect their neighbors! Parking directly in front of the building foyer. Secure building with card reader and phone access. Gated pool area. There are 24 condos in the building. All tenants are subject to condo association approval. I am a Realtor and I own this property. It is decorated for my visiting overseas family to use and everything we can think of is provided! An inventory can be supplied prior to your visit.
