Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposits -- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due on the 1st of the month preceding the reserved week. There will be a $250 security deposit against any damages and a final cleaning charge of $130 payable to the caretaker locally on departure. Your security deposit will not be banked and will be refunded in full immediately after your vacation if no damage occurs.
Cancellations -- If you cancel 60 days prior to your reservation, the only charge will be the 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 30 - 59 days prior to your reserved week, you will be refunded 50% of your total cost, plus your damage deposit. For less than 30 days, the only refund is your damage deposit.
