Seasons Resort - (Premier Home): If you are looking for a truly spacious villa, beautifully furnished and within minutes of all the attractions of Kissimmee/Orlando area this is it. Our 6 Bedroom villa boasts 4 king size bedrooms each with their own bath room. In addition there are a further 2 twin rooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player. The villa offers a spacious family room with a large 52' TV/DVD with surround sound system, a formal sitting room, dining room and breakfast area. A superb extended deck with pool and spa (full screen) offer both a view of Sun-up and Sun-down and backs onto a conservation area. The game room has a full size pool table, an air hockey table, and board/card games for both children and adults. Internet Broadband access is installed. Location is only 10 minutes from Disney and very convenient for other theme parks. Shopping and a wide selection of restaurants are only a short drive away.

With Disney 10 mins, Sea World 15 mins and Universal Studio's 20 min from the door, the villa is well placed for the theme parks. If shopping is of interest there are several outlet malls within a short drive. The Florida mall is appx 20 mins drive and offers both main line and fun Florida souvenir shops. The large and luxurious Millennia Mall with its boutiques, large department stores and appealing restaurants is appx 30 mins drive. If you are looking for a bit of adventure wild Florida is not far away. Air boat rides are readily available and there are many wildlife and state parks within easy driving distance. Whether you are looking for snorkeling, diving, bird watching, fishing, or manatee spotting it is only a short drive away. If you are after sun and surf beaches are less than an hour away at what is known as Florida's space coast. There is 72 miles of sun-bronzed Atlantic shore boasting over 100 of the best surf spots on the east coast.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates are exclusive of Florida taxes at 13%. A deposit of 10% of the total is required before the booking will be confirmed. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to arrival date. Balance of the payment plus a security deposit must be received 60 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit is refundable assuming all is well and all keys are returned. Payment can be accepted in US dollars at prevailing exchange rate.
  • Pool/spa heat is available at $30 per night incl taxes.
    BBQ $70 per week incl taxes and gas.
    Baby cot $40 incl taxes and gas.

Notes: The villa has two seating areas, the formal living room which has seating for 5 and the family room that will easily seat 7 to 8 people. There are also two dining areas. The formal dining area seats 6 people while the breakfast area has a table and chairs for 4. There is one large and one medium sized table on the pool deck/terrace that will easily seat 12 people. There are no steps to get into the property and one of the master bedroom suite is on the ground floor. Other facilities available are baby cot, highchair and a gas BBQ.

Golf and Shopping: Mystic Dunes, Disney Golf Courses, Champions Gate Golf Course, Celebration Golf Club and many others within 10 miles. Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia, the two largest shopping centres in the area are less than 15 miles from the villa. The Orange County Convention Center is only 12 miles away with easy access via the I4/SR-528.
