Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool heat if requested will be charged extra at a daily rate of $25. A security deposit of $350.00 will be applied by 'authorising' the charge to the guest's credit card. This charge will not be 'activated' unless damage or theft occurs. This is to cover any damage or theft from the property. Normal wear and tear and small breakages are acceptable. A deposit of $300 is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Guests staying more than one week but less than 2 weeks for example a 10 night stay will be charged pro rata rate of a one week stay, they will not be charged the higher nightly rate. All stays of less than 5 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $75
