Bedrooms and bathrooms: Master Bedroom overlooking the pool, with King-size Bed, decorated in a 'Roman' style, with Cable TV and DVD. Huge walk-in wardrobe and dresser. Ensuite bathroom with twin vanities with Hollywood spotlights, sunken bath, separate shower and separate WC. Comfortable Queen Double with Cable TV, DVD, fitted wardrobes and dresser. Both Twins have fitted wardrobes and dressers. One is Disney-themed for the younger guests. Family Bathroom with shower, vanity with Hollywood spotlights, and WC. Plus hairdryers, alarm clock radios. All linen and towels provided. All bedrooms are sumptuously furnished with the highest quality linens to assure a good night's rest.
Reception rooms and Pool area: Family Room (with patio doors leading out to the pool). Equipped with Home Entertainment Centre: Cable TV, DVD, Hi Fi System, plus selection of board games, CD library and books. Formal Living Room - quiet and relaxing, ideal to get away from it all! Dining Room - big enough for the whole family to gather for those special meals. Breakfast Area - for those quick snacks. The Pool and Patio - 30ft south-facing pool overlooking the lake and conservation area - furnished with adjustable parasol, table luxury padded chairs and lounger’s - great for al-fresco dining. The pool and patio illuminates at night - ideal for those late night drinks! The pool and patio area is fully alarmed to ensure your children's safety.
Kitchen, Laundry, Games area: Fully equipped kitchen with every appliance - oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste-disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice-maker, blender, coffee-maker, toaster and all utensils, cookware, crockery and glassware. Laundry area - with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Games area - with table-tennis, table football and darts. My executive Villa is fully licensed and state approved. For your safety, smoke alarms are fitted throughout, plus a fire extinguisher. Smoking is NOT permitted in the villa and it has always been maintained as a completely PET FREE environment.
