Amenities close to villa: Just off Poinciana Blvd, within a genuine 10min of Disney main gate and within 2 miles of the shopping and all the attractions on hwy 192 International drive is about 15min away where you have sea world universal studios and wet n wild etc. The I4 interstate is 5min away and you are the within 1hr of either coast. Fishing is available on site and golf is available within 5 min. There are over 20 golf clubs within 10 miles. Cycle & walking trails pass through the estate and into the conservation areas around it. 100s of restaurants are all within a short drive to give you such a variety of menus you will not want to leave.
