- Mid-week bookings are accepted, also extra days pro rata. All rates quoted are for up to 8 people. An initial deposit of £150.00/$250 will be required to secure your booking, this will also act as your security deposit. Full payment for your required rental period is due 10 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If you book less than 7 nights in our wonderful villa, unfortunately we will have to add a $90 cleaning charge to your rental cost. If you book 7 or more nights, this cost is already covered.

- Once you have booked our home and paid the initial deposit, we e-mail you with full confirmation of dates booked.. Approximately 30 days prior to departure we post you an arrival package, which confirms full payment, directions to the home from Orlando International, a mileage chart to ease journey planning and a villa brochure containing useful information about the property and surrounding area, The package gives full contact details in case you need to reach our management company throughout your stay. The home has a lock box by the front door to the house. The code to open the box and enter the property is included in the arrival package.

Note: A cot and highchair are available if required. A communal swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court are also at the disposal of all Doral Woods residents and guests at no extra cost. We also have available the CARES Kids fly safe harness for younger children(22-44lbs). This is a free service to our guests, we just require a security deposit of £50. Please see the kidsflysafe website for further details.
