Cumbrian Lakes Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit £150/$250 per week to secure the Villa booking. This deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel.
Refundable security deposit £150/$250, collected with the main balance of payment and returned after inspection by our Management Company of the villa after your departure.
Pool & Spa heating £85/$150 per week, if required. Generally only required Oct – April.
Discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or longer.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am.
Early check-ins or late check-outs require prior approval.
Rates subject to change without notice.
