Cumbrian Lakes is a secure gated community set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard. Cumbrian Lakes is only 5 minutes from Highway 192 and 12 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks. The luxury executive pool homes at Cumbrian Lakes back onto a conservation area of 120 acres and with beautiful landscaping around the homes you will be amazed that you can get such a feeling of peace in an area so close to the 'attractions' of Orlando. The master bedroom has patio doors to the lanai and pool and a king size bed, cable TV and en-suite with large shower, large corner tub, twin washbasins and separate WC. The second master has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's. We have an extended deck area where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and the pool (30ft x 12ft) and spa, which look onto the lake with its sparkling fountains, gives you a real opportunity to relax and unwind.

Walmart (major supermarket) - 4mins. Florida Mall - 20mins. No need to visit New York to shop at Macy's or Bloomingdale's. Just visit the Mall at the Millenia to shop in style. Off I4 at Conroy Rd, exit 78 - 30mins. Numerous Golf Courses close by - Notably - Falcon's Fire and Kissimmee Golf Club both within 5mins.

Cumbrian Lakes Villa Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Deposit £100/$170 per week to secure the Villa booking. This deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel.
    Refundable security deposit £100/$175, collected with the main balance of payment and returned after inspection by our Management Company of the villa after your departure.
    Pool & Spa heating £85/$140 per week, if required. Generally only required Oct – April.
    Discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or longer.
    The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
    Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am.
    Early check-ins or late check-outs require prior approval.
    Rates subject to change without notice.
    Our USA guests will pay in US dollars

Notes: We have a Playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms and a variety of VCR's, DVD's, board games and books for all the family. There are hairdryers in all the bathrooms. There is also a free safe for your own use. We have an extended deck area where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and the pool (30ft x 12ft) and spa, which look onto the lake with its sparkling fountains, give you the opportunity to relax and unwind while enjoying the natural beauty of your surroundings. Florida offers over 1,100 golf courses with endless tree-lined fairways and perfect greens. It's no wonder that Florida is the world's number one golfing destination and home to the PGA tour. There are numerous golf courses within 15 minutes of Cumbrian Lakes.
