Reservation fee is non refundable and due within 7 days of confirmation along with completed forms.
Balance of rental is due 6 weeks before arrival. £25 admin fee if reservation is changed or cancelled.
Refundable security deposit of £250 is due with balance of rental. Pool heating is charged at £15 per day £100 per week (4 day minimum-can be activated within 48hrs) .For stays less than 6 nights a cleaning fee of £80 is payable,14 people cleaning charge is £95.Check in time 4pm check out time 10am - you will be charged for late departure fee of £35 or if trash is not put in the correct bins outside - because we get fined!!
UK guests may like a very late departure eg 4pm £75 BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY.

Linen cupboard.This bathroom is located between two bedrooms,one having a queen size bed and the other twin beds - ideal family suite. DOWNSTAIRS There are 2 bedrooms each having a queen sized bed,an en suite and a closet. Shower over bath,vanity basin and toilet. Bathroom 5 has a walk in shower facility,toilet and hand basin,located opposite the twin bedroom. Bathroom 6 is a stand alone shower on terrace. Two sets of towels supplied for each bathroom.More towels are stored in the linen cupboard in the upstairs family bathroom.Hairdryers provided.

- Upstairs: master bedroom with ensuite has a balcony with the extra luxury of being able to enjoy breakfast and the rising sun in the morning as well as the rest of the day with patio set & loungers overlooking the lake and fountain at the rear.Queen bedroom and twin bedded room share family bathroom at opposite end of galleried landing to master bedroom. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with queen size bed and en suite. One bedroom having doors leading to pool terrace - great for that early morning read or swim before the kids wake up!!. Twin bedded room with shower room opposite. All bedrooms have upgraded luxurious furnishings,air con,ceiling fans and all have TV. Extra blankets and bed linen are provided.
