Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All periods which include Xmas, New Year and Easter are priced at peak rates of £550/$860 per week. - Deposit of £150/$250 is required with booking. Security deposit of £150 /$250 is required at time of making balance payment for property, this will be refunded within 48 hours of your return subject to house condition on departure-payment by credit card (Master Card or Visa only) does not require damage deposit to be paid, however this amount will be reserved on your card & only taken after your stay if necessary, therefore no refund is necessary with this method of payment. Balance is required in full 8 weeks prior to start date of holiday.
Pool heating is available at an extra cost of £90/$150 per week-bookable in advance.
All prices are inclusive of US taxes, however, we reserve the right to alter the rental rates should Florida State tax rates alter. Final clean on your departure is also included in the cost. If you require extra cleans during your stay these can be requested at a cost of approx $90 each, payable directly to management company. - ALL Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% surcharge to cover costs imposed by the card company.

Your directions were very helpful, the house had everything one would need in the kitchen, (loved your toaster...I need to get that brand), comfy beds-slept like a rock every night...Oh, and the art work, very cool.
