Buena Ventura Lakes House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices include all state and local taxes and cleaning. Additional cleaning can be arranged mid booking if required at £50. Booking deposit of £100 per week or part thereof is required with balance due 8 weeks prior to start of booking. A deposit/bond of £200 is required and must be paid either in advance or to our agent on arrival, this will be returned on date of leaving after inspection. Pool heating is available, if required at a cost of £70 per week.
