BBQ grill available for a rental of $50 per week, or part thereof. - PLEASE NOTE :-
Pool heat (if required) is an additional cost of $20 per night.
Pool heat is recommended for bookings between October and May but is not available during summer months of June to September.
Cleaning fee of $150 is payable in addition to rental on stays of 5 nights or less. The property is cleaned before arrival and on departure - if additional cleaning services are required during your stay, our local management company will be happy to provide details of rates.
A damage deposit of $500 is required prior to arrival. - Payment terms:-
1. 20% on booking
2. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
3. Security deposit is due 1 week prior to arrival and is refunded after departure upon confirmation from our management company that there are no deductions due.
