Our Florida vacation rental villa is positioned on Oak Island Cove near to Formosa Gardens, this is one of the most exclusive vacation sub rental divisions in Kissimmee, Central Florida. Every amenity is close at hand for a wonderful vacation. No other location boasts a 5 minute journey to Disney World. The home has been fully repainted and redecorated to an exceptionally high standard. Here there's something for everyone. The main lounge provides a 57' HD TV with DVD and XBOX 360. The second lounge is comfortable and spacious over looking the pool. Ideal to just sit and relax after a day at the parks. The Kitchen has everything included, you can cook a full thanks giving dinner or just prepare a snack. There are two King Suite Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two Queen size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all come with Cable TV. Outside the private pool area allows you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, kids splash around in total safety, while you enjoy the Spa

From Sanford Airport the journey takes just under an hour. Disney is located under three miles away and takes just 5 minutes to reach by car.
