- We will happily take US and Canadian Dollars, Euros, and most other currencies!!! Rates include 13% tax, solar pool heat, use of the computer on broadband and unlimited US and International landline phone calls! Electric pool heat, generally only needed between November and April, is £24 ($38) a day including tax. We will discount three and four week stays by 5% and 10% respectively. To allow for thorough cleaning, check-in time is 4pm and check-out 10am. We are happy to offer a late check-out at no charge if we do not have a check-in the day of your departure. Stays of less than five days incur a cleaning charge of $125. Our management company accepts major credit cards on our behalf but there is a small charge for this.
