You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period. Deposit of $175 / £100 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)
The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 / £125 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95 / £50.

Local Amenities: Within a 2 minutes drive from the Star Florida Villa there is a popular Applebys restaurant, a bistro restaurant, Quiznos, Sports Bar, Chinese Takeaway, Pizza Restaurant/takeaway, Indian Restaurant, Fish & Chips takeaway, a Publix Supermarket, swimming pool shop, UPS store offering full postal service, realtor shops, bank/ATM and several shops offering internet access. There is also a Super Walmart, located a 5 mins drive, along with various other restaurants located along the US27 and the 192, you will be spoilt for choice!

Guest Book: We had a wonderful time in Florida. Your home is beautifully decorated, comfortable & peaceful. It's situated in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood (we were a bit nervous about renting a home found on the internet, we'd never done that before). When we arrived we were very relieved to find that the house looked exactly like the pictures you have posted on the internet - no misrepresentations. Illinois-FEB 07. We had a wonderful time at your house! It is so beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The decor is lovely. The floor plan is perfect. Everything we needed was there. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing away from the parks. You've done a great job setting it up. There wasn't really anything that we didn't have.
