Pool heating is available if you require it at $175 / £95 per week (usually only required from Nov-March).
The above rates include all florida state taxes, utilities (e.g. water & electricity).
You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period. Deposit of $175 / £100 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)
The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 / £125 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.
Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95 / £50.
