Your 4 bedroom villa with Pool and Jacuzzi is newly built, October 2005, in the Gated community of Highland Park. Furnished to a high standard provides luxury and comfort for your stay.
After an enjoyable day out, return to you’re fully air conditioned villa and indulge in its peace and tranquillity, taking advantage of the villa facilities. The open plan living –area with patio doors leading out to the Lanai and sun deck with heated Pool and Jacuzzi. A large patio table with chairs allowing for Alfresco dining or just relax on one of the sun lounger`s. The pool area is fitted with a removable children’s Pool Safety Guard and alarms on the sliding doors.

Your Villa at Highgate Park is an easy drive from Orlando or Sanford airport.
Situated just off the Interstate 27 and a few minutes from Highway 192 and our 24/7 Guest Reception Centre. Highgate is a gated residential community, in a quiet and pleasant setting, with a tennis court and a small children’s play area. Its location is ideal for quick and easy access to the various attractions on offer.
The Theme Parks of Disney and Universal, International Drive with other assorted attractions, are a 15/20 minutes drive. Several Golf courses and numerous Restaurants are minutes away. Wall Mart, 24 hours, and other supermarkets are locally situated on the main highway.
East and West cost are approximately 90 minutes easy drive, taking you to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach, Clearwater, Tampa, St Petersburgh and more.

Early Bird and late bookings discounts ask for details. Stay less then 6 nights clieaning charge is £45.
Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights, any extra nights are charged on a pro-rata basis. Easter, Christmas, New Year, minimum one week stay; Deposit of £50 per week is required at time of booking to secure dates; Balance is required eight weeks prior to departure date; Rental cost is fully inclusive of rates, taxes and utilities; Rentals in excessive of three weeks, in the low season, will receive 10% discount ask for details. - Security Deposit of $250 is required, on arrival, at our 24/7 reception centre. Credit cards will be authorized for $250 and will be released 10 days later. Cash and travellers cheque are accepted and will be refunded by cheque within 14 days from the departure date. Subject to damages or losses the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Extras: Pool/Jacuzzi heating is an optional extra charge at £80 per week; Daily Maid is an optional extra service ask for details.
