A 10% discount is applied to stays of 3 weeks or more. Last minute discounts may be available - please e mail us for details.
- The rates quoted include all taxes, amenities, provision of towels and bed linen, as well as professional cleaning upon departure (for stays of 7 nights or more). Stays of fewer than 7 nights will incur an additional GBP 50.00 / USD 95.00 / EUR 75.00 cleaning charge. Pool heating, payable with the balance of the rental, is usually required between October and April and is an additional GBP 10.00 / USD 20.00 / EUR 12.00 per day.
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your requested dates. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of GBP 150 / USD 250 / EUR 200 to cover any loss or damage to the villa or its contents is required when you pay the balance. This is refunded in full within 2 weeks of your departure date, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa by our agent.

- The Master bathroom has both a shower enclosure and a large corner bath. The second bathroom has a shower enclosure. It is accessible from the pool deck, which conveniently avoids having to go through the living area to reach a bathroom. Hair dryers are provided in bathrooms 1 and 2. The third bathroom, with a bath/shower combination, is shared by the third and fourth bedrooms.

- The spacious master bedroom has a large (Queen size) double bed, TV with digital cable, a walk in closet with ample hanging and storage space. It has a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a Queen size double bed and a large fitted closet. It is also en suite. The third bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of hanging and storage space in the fitted closet. The fourth bedroom is a children's room, decorated with portraits of their favourite Disney characters and furnished with brightly coloured bunk beds, shelves, and easy chairs in which the kids can relax and enjoy watching digital cable TV or playing on the PlayStation 2 (a selection of child friendly games is provided).

Golf: The villa is ideally situated for avid golfers wishing to take advantage of the many world-class courses located in Orlando. Within two miles of the villa is the Champions Gate Golf Resort, regarded as one of the top golf courses nationwide. This 36 hole resort was designed by Greg Norman. One course, the International, is a links style course reminiscent of the top UK courses: the other, the National, is an American style course. Also less than 2 miles from the villa is Reunion Resort, a spectacular multi million dollar resort listed on Golf week's list of 'America's Top 40 New Courses for 2005'. Its three full courses were designed by three of golf's great masters, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus.
