Highlands Reserve House Summary
The 4 bedroom townhouse is situated within the brand new gated community of Regal Palms Resort. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There is another double room on the ground floor which also has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, and share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have tvs and 3 have dvds. All bedlinen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and cooker etc, plus washer/dryer. There is sufficient parking space for 2 cars.
Check in is 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The resort offers a tropical pool complex with slide and lazy river, plus jacuzzi, and kids playground. There is also a clubhouse with bar/restaurant/games room and internet cafe. The spa hosts a gym/sauna/steam room & beauty facilities.

The entrance to Disney is only 15 minutes away, with Universal, Seaworld and Discovery Cove being approximately 35 minutes. The resort runs its own complimentary shuttle bus to and from the parks. Time schedules vary according to season and are based on 1st come 1st served basis, book at reception.
Highland Reserve golf club is situated next to the resort, this is a 72 par championship course. Within a 15 minute drive you can discover numerous top class golf courses. If you are looking for a golfing break, please feel free to request this information when making your enquiry about availability.
Berry Town is a 2 minute drive and offers a wide range of amenities including Publix supermarket, several other outlets and restaurants. Walmart is only 5 minutes along the 27, there are also several other outlets and eateries along this road.
The 192 is only a short drive which has lots of restaurants and activities day and night if you wish to have a break from the parks.

A deposit of £100.00/$175.00 is requested to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks before the date of travel.
When you check in to the resort you will be required to leave a security bond of $250.00 cash, or this can be taken in the form of a credit card imprint. This amount will be refunded if no damage has occurred to the property. The Resort Management wil be charging $10 per night, per home for use of the resort facilities. This is applicable to all reservations made as of 1st August 2006. This charge is out of our control and will be collected on check in.
