A beautiful, professionally furnished, 3,000 sq.ft home, located in 'The Manor', a gated community only 15 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.

On the Ground Floor there is: Formal Sitting Area, a Games Room with Professional Slate Bed Pool Table; Family Room with TV/DVD/VCR & CD Stereo System; fully equipped Kitchen; Breakfast Nook; Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer; 2 Car Garage.

The Ground Floor Bedroom configuration consists of: King Master Suite, 2 Queen Master Suites; Twin Suite. On the Second Floor there is a large King Master Suite. All the bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD.

The heated Swimming Pool & Spa faces south offering Florida sunshine all day and there is a large Covered Lanai for guests who prefer a little shade.

The community offers an all weather Tennis Court; Community Swimming Pool & a Childrens Playground.

ChampionsGate is only a 5 minute drive away with a Publix Supermarket and a strip mall with various stores and restaurants and ChampionsGate Golf Complex with two 18 hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman.

When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.


BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

INFORMATION BOOK
Every home contains an 'Information Book' packed full of useful information such as the major parks and the quickest routes, the best shopping malls, beaches, golf courses, dining and lots more besides.
GOLF PROGRAMS
OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
