'Florida Dream' is a brand new for 2006 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa. It is in a quiet cul de sac location, yet only 10 minutes to Disney. The extended south facing pool and spa are very private. There are 3 master suites and 2 twins (one themed for kids)There is a games room, with pool table, air hockey, foosball and electronic darts. Upstairs in the 'Den' there is a 42' Plasma screen with DVDs. Enjoy the PS2 and Xbox with games. Altogether 'Florida Dream' situated on Legacy Park is the perfect retreat for a relaxing yet near to the action holiday.

Legacy Park is 10 -15 minutes drive to Disney. Although so close to Disney, Legacy Park is a fairly rural location., surrounded by many golf courses. It is located on the US27 2 miles south of the US192 with all its attractions and many wonderful restaurants. The nearest Publix supermarket is 3 mins away and Walmart 5 mins away. A drive of just over an hour takes you to Cocoa beach or the Kennedy Space Centre for the day. The interstate 4 is only minutes away for journeys south to Tampa and its surrounding areas. There are plenty of shopping malls and outlets within a 20 -30 minute drive away.
