Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We offer a 10% Discount off Bookings for 3 Weeks and a 15% Discount off Bookings of 4 Weeks or more.
Everything is included in the price of your holiday including all electricity, taxes, fresh linen and towels and all baby equipment. The only thing we charge extra for is pool heating, which is available at $22 per day.
Unfortunately for stays of 5 Nights or less we do have to charge for the Linen and Cleaning Service which is $100, including all State Taxes.
Should you wish to book our villa for your holiday we require a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the remainder due 8 weeks before your holiday. A £200 security deposit is required and is fully refundable after your departure. - If you are arriving late in the evening, we can arrange for a welcome pack to be waiting for you so that you don’t have to worry about getting to the supermarket. Standard and Executive options are available. And if you’re celebrating a special occasion, how about a romantic package (including champagne and strawberries) or tailored to your requirements. Prices available on request.
For your convenience we can arrange use of a satellite navigation system for your rental car. This is available at $5 per day, which is significantly cheaper than all the car rental companies.
If you enjoy barbecues, we can arrange for one to be hired locally. Gas and cleaning are all covered in the weekly rate of $100. - Our property is on one level and whilst it has not been specifically modified, a wheelchair will fit comfortably through all doorways. We provide a wheelchair which you are welcome to use.
Our Villa is non smoking villa, and unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
Maid service is available but does incur an extra charge, prices available on request.
