Casa 231 is a beautifully decorated first-level beachfront Casa. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room opening up to a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen including a professional DCS stainless steel range. Due to our unique location, you can't get closer to the water and sand if you tried! It's approximately 30' away! We are also located on one of the turning basins in the harbour. Watch the boats pass by from the comfort of your living room, and of course, from your large private front courtyard (which is great for outdoor dining). The courtyard is covered and walled (with beautiful gardens including star jasmine and gardenias) on both sides offering a feeling of privacy and unmatched cosiness while enjoying the gorgeous full bay and beach views. It also affords front-row seating for the fourth of July Boat Parade and the world-famous Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. This home was recently extensively renovated.
