Passerbys, the beach and the quiet of the peninsula make this a dream vacation home. Fashion Island is close, Airport too. Tranquil living, newly updated, great beach living. UCI is close too. There is one road in and out, the neighborhood is classic, quite and crime free. Families, surfers, and especially the Wedge. The famous body surfing spot at the opening the the Newport Harbor. Laguna and L.A. and close.
