Mesa House Details
There are many great restaurants, grocery stores (Albertson's, Safeway and Bashas), and a drive-thru Starbucks just minutes away. Its 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, 15 minute to Casino Arizona ( which has the best food buffet!). The 202 highway makes it easy access to enjoy the Valley of the Sun.
There are many golf courses within minutes of the house, Las Sendas, Long Bow, Painted Mountain, Arizona Golf Resort, are just to name a few. The LPGA Safeway International is just 30 minutes away. The PGA FBR Open is in Scottsdale, which is close by. Red Mountain Ranch has a John Jacobs Golf School which would be a great match for this home. If you like golf, this home provides a great base location for you.
The quiet setting is wonderful. Located on a cul-de-sac, it provides little traffic to contend with. The neighborhood has sidewalks on both sides for your morning walks, and a park located at the entrance that your little dog will like. Enjoy the lemon and grapefruit trees.
