Notes: The backyard is fenced and the patio with table and four chairs is very private. There is a library at the clubhouse with a large selection of books available. There are also four pool tables and a cafe in the club house. Lunches are available daily in the cafe. Food is also served at the restaurant at the onsite Trilogy golf course.

Trilogy is very centrally located with walking distance to grocery stores and drug store. Mesa flea market is nearby and there are numerous stores and shopping centers nearby for your enjoyment. Stores including Walmart, Target, Barnes and Noble, Costco, Michael's, etc. are no further then 15 minutes away. A new outdoor mall is scheduled to open in October of 2007 will be only 10 min away. In the mall there s a movie theater and restaurants. You won't have to go far for shopping or any other convenience. Come enjoy and relax in beautiful Trilogy at Power Ranch for Active Adults.
