The unit is just steps from the heated community pool, spa and fitness center that belong exclusively to the condo community. The unit was just completed in Mar '06 & is equipped with furnishings, smooth top range, built in Micro, side by side refrigerator w/ice maker and full size washer & dryer. Anthem was recently voted the #1 master planned community in America. The community and it's beautiful setting offer a break from the city but are conveniently close to Phoenix, Scottsdale and the sports center in Glendale. There are miles of walking trails that wander through the community as well as a huge park with picnic tables, ramadas and soccer fields and The Daisy Mountain Railroad. Just across I-17 are the Anthem Outlets. Sit by the pool and enjoy wonderful desert views and spectacular sunsets or drive an hour north to Sedona and the red rocks. Golf, swimming, hiking, biking or nothing at all.

Notes: This lovely condo is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, small appliances and the linen cabinets are stocked, too. There is a giant pantry off the kitchen with lots of room for food and other storage. The fabulous floorplan has high vaulted ceilings which open to the upstairs loft. The master bedroom has a private bath & patio as well as a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located upstairs and is furnished with twin beds. The second bath is adjacent and there is a desk and sitting area in the loft. The half bath is located just off of the entry from the 2 car garage. The resort like pool area is private and exclusive for the owners and tenants of The Villages. BBQ grills are located in the pool area as well.

Area Attractions: Take a wonderful day trip to visit Sedona or Prescott just an hour or so away. The Grand Canyon is easily accessible in a day or spend the night there or in Flagstaff. The botanical gardens in Phoenix, the Phoenix ZOO or the Desert Sonoran Museum in Tucson are some additional attractions.
