Guntersville Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2007 Rates: 4 nights $465 5 nights $550 6 nights $650 7 nights $700

Check in time is 3 pm and checkout is 10 am. Rates for holiday weekends will be an additional $50 per weekend.
A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the entire payment due two weeks prior to rental, at which time the deposit becomes a damage deposit. This $200 will be refunded to you after the cleaning service has finished and completed an inspection for damage and we have received back the keys for the house. If you cancel reservations and the house gets rented for the week you reserved, we will return your deposit. We have a minimum of four night rental.
Rates for 2007: 4 nights $465, 5 nights $550, 6 nights $650, 7 nights $700

If you cancel within 10 days $200 deposit will be forfeited.
