New Timbers is L-shaped bungalow-style villa in the very popular holiday area of Bon Accord. Within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. this property is great for families. The large swimming pool, spacious covered and open terraces and fully air-conditioned house make this an ideal holiday villa. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom ensuite and open into the open-plan living/dining and kitchen. On the opposite side of the house are the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The property is fenced and walled for privacy. The swimming pool enjoys the sun all day long and the sunloungers allow you to bask in the warmth and get that sought-after tan. If you want a pretty villa with all comforts, a good location and a super housekeeper who comes in 6 days per week, this is the villa for you.
