Every additional person: 25 Euro, each child (2 yrs and above) 17 Euro; maximum capacity 6 P.; Electricity (up to12 KW = normal usage = free), beyond that it is 15c / KW. Tour booking; laundry service/ management (German speaking)/ office onsite for all questions and concerns. Daily cleaning and dishwashing is done by our room maids.
Villas 1 and 8 - (only eight meters away from the beach) have an extra charge of 25 Euro per night. - In the villa with its two large and separate bedrooms (with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a double and a single bed in the second bedroom and an extra bed in the big living room) up to 6 persons can stay. Two persons are included in the price, every additional person will be charged 25 Euro; kidThere are more restaurants nearby. Breakfast can also be ordered (from German bakery or other local restaurants). Guests with rheumatic complaints, arthritis, allergies etc are at the right location on the beach, handicapped persons can also enjoy their vacation in the apartments on the garden level without having to climb the stairs.

Notes:
Around the Royal Living Residence there are four different but exquisite restaurants (two of them are on the beach). From two of these restaurants all meals (also breakfast) can be delivered right on the terrace. Breakfast can also be ordered. A German bakery can also deliver breakfast, but only bread, sausage etc... So we recommend that you make the decision on a daily basis. Furthermore there is also an option of getting Asian breakfast. Since the kitchen is fully equipped, you can also bring along your favorite coffee flavor. Dishwashers are handled by the maids at any cost (once everyday). Laundry is done by the maids. One kilo of laundry costs about one Euro - washed and ironed.
