Crystal Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1100-600/Week

Weekly rental period runs from 2 pm Friday arrival to 12 noon
Thursday departure.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $375 is required in addition to the
weekly/weekend rates. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection
of the home. Should we find any damages to the home your deposit
will be forfeited. If the $375 deposit does not cover cost of
repair, the renter will be responsible for additional cost.
December-February $700/week, or $530/Weekend
March-April $875/week, or $600/ weekend
May-September $1100/week, or $700/weekend
October-November $700/week, or $570/weekend

Crystal Beach House Details
Rental is limited to the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional overnight guests not stated at time of reservation will incur an additional charge. Amenities: Cable TV, air conditioned, VCR, full size kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, dishes & cooking utensils provided, coffee maker, toaster, outdoor shower, picnic table, BBQ grill and deck chairs and chair swing for relaxation while enjoying the sound of the ocean, ocean breeze, sunrise and sunset. Sleeps up to 9 with 2 full size beds, 4 twin beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Mattress pads and bedspreads and sheets provided. Bring your own pillows, towels as well as soaps and detergents. Activities: Beautiful beaches, duck hunting, birding, water slides, go-carts, restaurants, fishing and fireworks.
(Note: fireworks only to be used on the beach) Galveston Island is only a 15 minute ferry ride away for shopping, deep sea fishing, Moody Gardens, carriage rides, 'Dickens on the Strand' in December, Mardi Gras, cinemas, theatre and many fine restaurants.
