More Gatlinburg Condo Details: We just made major improvements to our condo. We added ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. We bought a commercial size queen sleeper sofa, rocker ottoman and dinning table. We replaced the blinds in the bedrooms with oak wood blinds and white wood blinds in the living room. This condo is even more eye popping then it was before. The first comment after we made the changes was 'We love this place. Is it for sale?' We believe you will think the same thing too. We take pride in our condominium and have done many improvements to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible in the hopes that you will give us the ultimate compliment by renting from us and coming back again! With breathtaking views of downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg, and Mount Leconte from this two-bedroom condominium with sleeper sofa with two full baths - sleeps six, kitchen and wood-burning fireplace. Three miles from downtown Gatlinburg located at The Summit.
Directions and Amenities: Directions to our condo: Take light #10 which is the last light in Gatlinburg and turn right onto Si Mountain. Turn right onto Wiley Oakley. Come to a 4 way stop and veer to the left and stay on Wiley Oakley. Turn left onto Ski View Drive. Our condo complex is on the right side called The Summit. Our condo is located in building #7 on the 2nd floor. The address for our condo is 1260 Ski View Drive, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Amenities: One King-size Bed and One Queen-size Bed plus Sleeper Sofa - sleeps six, Three Cable/HBO TVs, VCR, DVD, Wood-burning Fireplace, Phone, Air Conditioning, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Games: Yahtzee, Phase Ten, Uno, Checkers, Chess, Backgammon, Hairdryer, Linens provided, Coin Washer and Dryer, Two Hot Tubs, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Sauna, Charcoal Grill (BBQ), Basketball, Playground.
