Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellation Policy: 2 week notice on 2 & 3 bedrooms. All cancellations and date changes are subject to a 10% fee.
Maid Service: Our rates include maid service only upon your departure.
Payment Policy: A 2 night minimum is required. A 3-5 night minimum during peak season and holidays. Settlement of your account must be made upon your arrival. Your rental charge plus state and local tax, may be remitted, in cash, traveler's checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. No Personal Checks. Rates subject to change. A credit card on file is required for all reservations.
Children under 6 will not be charge.
A $50 deposit is required to hold. -
