Leysin Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposits - 25% on booking with balance due 8 weeks before start of rental. In addition a £150 security deposit is held against breakages and damage, and will be returned within 10 days after final inspection and return of keys and subject to any deductions. Minor replaceable breakages will not be charged. Holiday travel insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised as rental payments are not refundable.
From approx. 29 December - 5 January only whole chalet rentals available - the individual apartments are not normally rented separately.
Discounts are available for last-minute bookings, stays longer than one week and/or taking additional floors. We have tried to keep rental rates the same as the previous year (in Swiss Francs). - Payment may be made by UK Sterling cheque or UK Sterling, Euro or Swiss Franc direct transfer to our relevant bank account. Secure credit card payment available on request.
- All rental rates include weekly laundered linen and towels, heating, electricity, gas charges and a reasonable quantity of logs for the wood burning stove. A SFr 100 charge will be made for final cleaning of the apartment. Swiss Tourist tax is payable at Leysin Tourist office (SFr 2.80 per day for adults, SFr 1.70 per day for ages 7-16, no charge for over 64 and under 7) and entitles visitors to a generous discount on numerous sporting facilities in the local area including ski passes and lifts.

A walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with underfloor heating under the slate-tiled floor, bamboo flooring throughout, and a bedroom TV/DVD are additional features. The king-size bed and mattress are newly installed, and summer/winter down duvets are available. All bed linen and towels are supplied. There is a also a double sofa-bed in the living room for occasional use plus a large bay window with high-quality mattress/cushions. A cot, baby bath and changing mat is available for babies.

A ski room is available at roadside/garage level, with storage racks, ski maintenance kit and the latest design of Austrian Thermic overnight boot dryers (warm air and ultraviolet).
Bicycles are available (adult male and female) with child safety seats and safety hats.
