Leysin Chalet Rates

  • Deposits - 25% on booking with balance due 8 weeks before start of rental. In addition a £450 security deposit is held against breakages and damage, and will be returned within 10 days after final inspection and return of keys and subject to any deductions. Minor replaceable breakages will not be charged. Holiday travel insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised as rental payments are not refundable.

    From approx. 29 December - 5 January only whole-chalet rentals available - the individual apartments are not rented separately.

    Discounts are available for last-minute bookings and stays longer than one week.
  • Payment may be made by UK Sterling cheque or UK Sterling, Euro or Swiss Franc direct transfer to our relevant bank accounts. Secure credit card payment available on request.
  • All rental rates include weekly laundered linen and towels, Sky and Bluewin Internet TV, worldwide internet radio, high-speed broadband internet access, WiFi, heating, electricity, gas charges and a reasonable quantity of logs for the wood burning stoves. A £150 Sterling charge will be made for final professional cleaning of the chalet (although this is included for the Christmas and New Year rental weeks). Swiss Tourist tax is payable at Leysin Tourist office (SFr 2.80 per day for adults, SFr 1.70 per day for ages 7-16, over 64 and under 7 years no charge) and entitles visitors to a generous discount on numerous sporting facilities in the local area including ski passes and lifts.

Bathroom (2) at mid-level is a wet room, useful in the ski season and for visiting guests.

  • All bedding is extra high quality, with down duvets (non-allergenic also available) and new mattresses throughout. Convertible beds in both Top apartment bedrooms have zip-link mattresses allowing each bedroom to have the option of super-king size bed or two single beds. Baby cots available on request. Master bedroom at mid-level has French doors with superb view of mountains and early morning sun. En suite bathroom and dressing room. In addition to the above bedrooms each of the 3 living areas has a double sofa bed for occasional use, with private access to bathrooms. There are also single folding beds for overnight visitors. A sliding wall in Top apartment living area allows an extra bedroom with double sofa bed, though this is not recommended for a long stay. Garden and Mid-level apartment bedrooms have TV/VCR with internet radio. Fresh linen and towels provided weekly (or more frequently at extra cost).
